Hi, I'm Robert. I coach people who want to improve their leadership skills, learn how to become more resilient, focused, motivated and happy.

I call my approach HUMAN2HUMAN, because it's a person to person approach and it puts the quality of relationship into the main focus. The way we relate to ourselves and to others is key to the way we think and act.

HUMAN2HUMAN combines various methodologies, but most importantly focusses on a deep self-recognition, self-acceptance and compassion towards oneself and others. 

I provide short-term and long-term coaching for individuals, I work with teams and leadership groups. Online and on-site. I speak German and English.
